A perfect balance between sweet and savory: the sweetness of pears meets the character of gorgonzola and the enveloping aroma of truffle honey.
Ingredients
- Puff pastry
- 2 pears
- 4 tablespoons Naturcibus truffle honey
- 125 g gorgonzola
- 45 g walnuts
Method
Preheat the oven to 180°C. Peel the pears, cut them into quarters, remove the core and slice them.
On a baking tray lined with baking paper, spread the truffle honey, add the coarsely chopped walnuts and arrange the pears in a fan shape.
Cover with the puff pastry, pressing lightly on the edges and pricking with a fork.
Bake for about 20–25 minutes until golden brown. Once out of the oven, flip the tarte tatins, add crumbled gorgonzola and a drizzle of truffle honey. Serve warm.
