Bruschetta with gorgonzola and summer truffle ground in oil

Ingredients (4 servings)

  • 8 slices of bread
  • 80 g gorgonzola
  • 80 g Naturcibus ground summer truffle in oil
  • 50 g walnuts
  • Extra virgin olive oil

Preparation
Toast the bread at 250°C for about 3 minutes. Spread the ground summer truffle in olive oil on the slices, add the gorgonzola and chopped walnuts.
Return to the oven at 210°C for a few minutes, until the cheese is soft and slightly melted. Finish with a drizzle of extra virgin olive oil and serve hot.
