Swordfish with white truffle

Fresh, fragrant and bold: swordfish meets white truffle in an elegant Mediterranean combination.

Ingredients (2 servings)

  • 4 slices of swordfish
  • Naturcibus white truffle extra virgin olive oil dressing
  • 1 lemon
  • Parsley to taste
  • Salt to taste

Method
Marinate the fish with lemon juice and Naturcibus white truffle extra virgin olive oil dressing for about 2 hours.
Cook the swordfish fillets on a hot grill for 4 minutes per side.
Serve with a drizzle of white truffle oil and parsley.
