Ingredients (4 servings)
- 500 g sliced Chicken Breast
- 150 g cooked Ham
- 150 g scamorza or mozzarella cheese
- 4 tablespoons Extra Virgin Olive Oil
- 80 g Naturcibus Truffle Sauce
- Salt and pepper to taste
Method
Pound the chicken slices, season them, and fill with ham, cheese, and truffle sauce.
Roll them up and secure with toothpicks. Cook in a pan with oil for about 30–40 minutes, turning frequently. At the end of cooking, add more truffle sauce and serve hot.
