Salad with truffle carpaccio

Fresh and elegant, this salad combines lightness and refinement thanks to the precious touch of truffle.

Ingredients (2–4 portions)

  • 300 g mixed seasonal salad
  • 20 g Naturcibus summer truffle carpaccio
  • Naturcibus truffle salt to taste
  • 3 tablespoons extra virgin olive oil
  • 40 g Parmesan cheese shavings

Method
Wash the salad thoroughly and dry it gently, preferably with a salad spinner, to remove all excess water.

 

Arrange the salad in a large bowl or directly on a serving plate, then dress with extra virgin olive oil and truffle salt. Mix carefully to distribute the dressing evenly.

Finish with Parmesan cheese shavings and summer truffle carpaccio, distributing them harmoniously.
