Sautéed mushrooms with white truffle

Ingredients (4 servings)

  • 500 g fresh mushrooms
  • 4 tablespoons Naturcibus white truffle olive oil dressing
  • 4 tablespoons Naturcibus white truffle sauce
  • 1 clove garlic
  • Parsley to taste
  • Salt to taste

Method
Carefully clean the mushrooms, removing any soil residue, and slice them.

In a non-stick pan, heat the white truffle extra virgin olive oil and sauté the garlic clove until golden. Add the mushrooms and cook over medium heat for about 5 minutes, stirring occasionally.

Add the chopped parsley and continue cooking for another 5 minutes, until the mushrooms are soft and well flavored. Then add the white truffle sauce and stir gently to combine everything.

Serve hot. For a more intense truffle aroma, you can add an additional tablespoon of white truffle sauce directly when plating.
