Naturcibus ships its products from its premises at Via Torre 6, 81014 Fontegreca (Caserta), Italy, throughout Italy and to numerous European and international countries. This page describes the delivery times, costs, methods, and conditions applied to shipments made through our online store. We invite you to read it carefully before completing your order: by confirming your purchase, you declare that you have read and fully accept its content.

Goods are entrusted to selected couriers to guarantee service quality, fast delivery times, and insurance coverage. In case of conflict between our Terms and Conditions of service and this shipping policy, the conditions described herein shall prevail in relation to the delivery methods of orders.

Processing Times

All orders are processed within 1-2 business days of payment confirmation. Orders received on Friday afternoon, during the weekend, or on public holidays will be processed starting from the next business day.

Once the shipment has been handed over to the courier, you will receive a confirmation email containing the tracking code, which will allow you to monitor the package's location until delivery.

Shipments to Italy

We ship throughout Italy, including islands, via BRT express courier. For all orders equal to or greater than €50.00, standard shipping is free; for orders below this amount, the cost is calculated automatically based on weight and destination and displayed at checkout, before payment.

International Shipments

We ship our products to numerous European countries and various international destinations. Destinations are divided into shipping zones, and rates vary based on package weight and delivery country. The currently applied rates are indicated below.

Switzerland (customs included)

For shipments to Switzerland, we use BRT Express Courier with customs duties included in the price: the package is delivered without any additional cost to the recipient.

For the United States, we use DHL Express Worldwide, a premium service with tracked delivery in 3-5 business days.

Customs Duties and Charges

For shipments to Switzerland and the United Kingdom, customs duties and charges are already included in the shipping price: the package arrives at the recipient without any additional cost to be paid upon delivery.

For shipments to non-EU countries other than those mentioned above—for example, the United States—any duties, import taxes, and customs charges applied by the destination country are the responsibility of the recipient and are not included in the shipping price. We invite you to check your country's customs regulations before placing your order.

Tracking and Delivery

Once the order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking code and a direct link to the courier's website via email, which will allow you to monitor the status of the shipment at any time.

Deliveries are made from Monday to Friday during the courier's business hours. We recommend providing an address where someone will be present to receive the package. In case of absence, the courier will leave a notice and attempt a second delivery or, alternatively, deposit the package at the nearest pick-up point.

Damaged or Lost Packages

Damaged package. Upon delivery, always check the integrity of the packaging. In the presence of obvious damage, accept the package with reservation by signing the courier's document and contact us within 48 hours at the email address indicated at the bottom of this page, attaching photographs of the package and its contents.

Lost package. If the tracking has not been updated for several days or if the package appears to have been delivered but you have not received it, contact us immediately: we will open a claim with the courier and together we will find the most suitable solution, whether it be a reshipment or a full refund.

Returns and Refunds

As these are food products, in accordance with current legislation (Art. 59 of the Consumer Code), the right of withdrawal does not apply to sealed products that are not suitable for return for hygienic or health protection reasons, if they have been opened after delivery.

However, if the product received is defective, expired, damaged during transport, or does not correspond to what was ordered, please contact us within 14 days of delivery: we will arrange for replacement or a full refund of the product.

For Switzerland and the United Kingdom, duties are already included in the shipping price. For other non-EU countries, such as the United States, any duties and import taxes are the responsibility of the recipient according to the regulations of the destination country.

How can I track my order?

You will receive a shipping confirmation email containing the tracking code and a direct link to monitor the package on the courier's website.

What should I do if the package arrives damaged?

Accept the package with reservation by signing the courier's document and contact us within 48 hours, attaching photographs of the damage. We will immediately arrange for replacement or a refund.

Can I change the address after placing the order?

If the order has not yet been handed over to the courier, please contact us as soon as possible and we will arrange for the address change. Once dispatched, we can no longer modify it.

Can I return a food product?

For hygiene and food safety reasons, sealed products are not subject to the right of withdrawal once opened. However, if the product is defective, expired, or damaged, we will provide a refund or replacement within 14 days of delivery.
